turbulent Tuesday!

okay folks. Today my mantra has been "today was difficult, tomorrow will be better." it's taken from one of my favorite childrens books ever called "Lily's Purple Plastic Purse." Anyways-today's word to the wise comes from "eat,pray,love" by Elizabeth gilbert. I (like the masses) absolutely fell in love with this book! here is one of my favorite quotes:


"There is so much about my fate that I cannot control, but other things do fall under the jurisdiction. I can decide how I spend my time, whom I interact with, whom I share my body and life and money and energy with. I can select what I can read and eat and study.
